Dr Subramanian Swamy, Member Parliament, was in the college to deliver a talk on Kashmir. General K J Singh, Rtd army chief and former DGP Punjab Sh Sumedha Singh Saini also contributed to the discussion as Guests of Honour on the occasion. Dr Swamy visited the college library. Here he is seen carefully examining the rare manuscripts treasured in the library of DAV College Chandigarh. He was highly gratified and appreciative of the efforts of DAV College Chandigarh in preserving this Historical Literature in its original form through the process of digitization.
