Function on "Say No To Plastics" by NSS on 19 09 19
Mam Kirren Kher, MP Chandigarh, presided over a function organised by DAV College Chandigarh NSS units on the theme "Say No To Plastic". NSS volunteers took a pledge to create awareness about the devastating effects of the use of plastic on ecological integrity and the future of life. Mrs Kher motivated the students to make all efforts to create a sustainable and secure world for the future generations. We are thankful to Mam Kher for giving a grant of Rs 20 lac from her MPLAD fund for the renovation of the college auditorium.
